Ireland isn’t necessarily known for dry spells and blue skies, but we couldn’t have programmed better weather for Xavier’s arrival to Dublin early this morning. After treating the jet lag with a few turns around Temple Bar’s famous food market, the group is safe, happy, and ready to hit the ground running.

We even had some brave samplers of fresh-caught oysters, shucked onsite. Whether these facial expressions are thanks to the delirium of transatlantic travel, or the briny thrill of trying something new, remains to be seen. We’ll report back.
